Patna, Feb. 12 -- Bihar Assembly Speaker Prem Kumar on Thursday asked the state government to expedite development of 934 rural haats across Bihar and create vending zones for footpath vendors and other unorganised traders.
Intervening in the reply by the Agriculture Minister Ramkripal Yadav to a question of BJP MLA Birendra Kumar, the Speaker said that vending zones have already been constructed in the state capital Patna for street vendors and asked the government to make similar arrangements across the state for unorganised traders.
