Patna, Dec. 20 -- Crediting centre and Bihar's positive policies for the growth of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector in the state, union Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi on Saturday expressed confidence that Bihar will achieve the target of setting up five lakh MSME units within the current financial year.
Manjhi said that the MSME Department is continuously working to achieve the goal adding that Bihar is making steady progress in the MSME sector and the growth witnessed during the current financial year clearly indicates that the state is moving towards joining the category of developed states.
The union Minister informed that Bihar has performed better than 26 states and union Territories in the country.
