Patna, Feb. 2 -- Bihar's economic growth is estimated to have surpassed India's GDP growth in 2024-25, standing at 6.5 percent at constant prices and 9.8 percent at current prices.
According to the Bihar Economic Survey for 2025-26 tabled by Bihar Minister Bijendra Prasad Yadav in the state assembly today, the state is progressing along a high-growth trajectory, supported by macroeconomic stability, sectoral diversification, increased investment, and a sustained focus on human capital development, employment generation, and infrastructure enhancement.
