Chennai, Nov. 15 -- Congratulating his Bihar counterpart Nitish Kumar for the NDA's landslide in the assembly election, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin on Saturday said the result, however, does not "whitewash the misdeeds and reckless actions" of the poll panel.

Reacting to the decisive victory of the Janata Dal (U) veteran, Stalin wished Nitish Kumar well in fulfilling the expectations of the people, but blamed the Election Commission for its partisan actions.
