Patna, Nov. 11 -- Amid high alert and tight security arrangements, an estimated 60.40 percent electorate exercised their franchise till 3 pm in the second and final phase of Bihar assembly elections progressing peacefully.

According to office of Chief Electoral Officer(CEO), Vinod Singh Gunjiyal an estimated 60.40 percent electorate exercised their franchise till 3pm . Highest polling percentage was recorded in Kishanganj district where 66.10 percent electorate exercised their franchise while Nawada witnessed lowest polling percentage of 53.17.
