Patna, Oct. 27 -- Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi is set to kick off his campaign for the Bihar Assembly Election 2025 by holding joint rallies with RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav on October 29.

The rallies will be held in the Sakra Assembly constituency of Muzaffarpur, in support of Congress candidate Umesh Ram, and in Darbhanga, where both leaders will address public meetings backing the INDIA Alliance candidates.

Rahul Gandhi's participation comes after his apparent non-involvement in the campaign so far had become a major political talking point. He had last visited Bihar on September 1, when his 'Voter Adhikar Yatra', a 1,300-kilometre journey to protest against alleged vote theft, concluded in Patna.
