Patna, July 17 -- The Bihar Police Special Task Force (STF) has set up a cell to keep tabs on contract killers and maintain a data bank of the contract killers operating in the state.
Additional Director General (ADG) (Headquarters) Kundan Krishnan said here today that some youngsters have been found indulging in contract killings. "A new cell will not only keep track of contract killers but would also prepare a data bank of these gangs to check their activities," Krishnan said.
He said a complete dossier would be prepared of individual contract killers and the cell will keep their physical descriptions, photographs, along with their names, addresses and other details to track their movement even after they come out of jail.
