Patna, Sept. 23 -- Bihar Rural Works Minister and JD (U) National General Secretary Ashok Choudhary today sent a Rs 100 crore defamation notice to Jan Suraj founder Prashant Kishor, accusing him of making baseless and misleading allegations against him and his family.
In his legal notice, Choudhary said Kishor's claims about his and his family's assets were completely false and a result of "fear and frustration" after the Patna Chief Judicial Magistrate summoned Kishor in a separate defamation case (Case No. 6989/2025) on October 17, 2025.
