Patna, March 21 -- Bihar legislative council was adjourned till lunch on Friday following bedlam over national anthem issue.
As soon as the Upper House assembled for the day, the opposition members led by MLC Rabri Devi raised the issue and demanded a reply from the government to it.
Accusing Kumar of "insulting" the national anthem during an event, Rabri Devi asked the government to apologize before the House and the people of the country.
Demanding resignation from the chief minister, she asked Kumar to make his son Chief Minister "if he was mentally unstable".
The opposition members shouting slogans trooped to the well and created noise.
The enlisted business for the day could not be taken up in the house due to the ruckus. The chai...
