Patna, June 10 -- Bihar Governor Arif Mohammad Khan said that despite historical disparities and negative portrayals, the state has made significant progress, and stressed on the importance of shifting the narrative around Bihar to reflect its advancements and future potential.

While addressing a national seminar organised by Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini (RMP), in collaboration with Chandragupt Institute of Management Patna (CIMP), SGT University, and the Public Policy Research Centre (PPRC) on 'Bihar Leads the Rising East', Khan shared his personal experiences regarding the transformation of Bihar.
