Bhagalpur, March 17 -- Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Tuesday said that the state government is promoting industrial investment and self-employment by providing various incentives and facilities to entrepreneurs.
Reviewing development and welfare schemes in Bhagalpur during his Samriddhi Yatra, Kumar took stock of the implementation of projects announced earlier under the Pragati Yatra.
He sought detailed updates from officials on the progress of ongoing schemes.
During the review meeting, District Magistrate Naval Kishore Choudhary made a detailed presentation on the implementation of schemes under Saat Nischay-2 and Saat Nischay-3, along with other developmental works being carried out in the district.
