Patna, Sept. 10 -- The Bihar government today held a high level meeting on the prevailing scenario in Nepal in the aftermath of the violence there, and instructions were issued to keep a vigil on those entering Bihar from across the border.

Chief Secretary Pratyay Amrit held a high level meeting on measures required to be taken, in view of prevailing scenario in Nepal after the two days of violent protests by the Gen Z that led to around 30 deaths and injuries to hundreds.

The district magistrates and police superintendents participated in the meeting through video conferencing.

After the high level meeting, instructions were issued to keep vigil on those entering in Bihar from across the border.
