Patna, Jan. 3 -- Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and Revenue and Land Reforms Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha today said that the use of forged and fabricated documents in land-related matters will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Sinha said here that strict action would be initiated in case of fraud committed in the land related documents. He asked circle officers to lodge FIRs, and any negligence or protection at any level will be treated as serious misconduct.
He said that the state's policy against land mafia, middlemen, and fraudsters is unequivocal and the "double-engine government" will enforce the law with zero tolerance and the strictest action.
