Patna, March 6 -- Accusing RJD Chief Lalu Prasad Yadav of indulging in cheap entertainment during the 15 years of Lallu-Rabri husband-wife duo regime, Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary alleged that Yadav was never keen for Bihar's development which actually progressed under the Chief Ministership of Nitish Kumar whose regime saw 11 percent hike in the per capita income.
