Lakhisarai, Nov. 6 -- Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha today said that his cavalcade was allegedly attacked by RJD supporters in his constituency of Lakhisarai in Bihar.

According to Sinha, the incident took place while he was on his way to cast his vote.

"Slippers and cow dung were flung at my convoy. Stones were also thrown. The RJD workers were trying to capture a polling booth. We will file a complaint with the Election Commission," he said.

Sinha claimed that RJD supporters surrounded his convoy, pelted stones, and raised slogans.

"When I reached there, RJD goons pelted stones, mud, and cow dung at my cavalcade," the BJP leader said. Sinha is contesting the election on a BJP ticket from the Lakhisarai constituency.
