Patna, May 12 -- The Bihar Congress, in its bid to bring transparency in ticket distribution for the upcoming state assembly elections, released a QR code on Monday to invite online applications from ticket aspirants.
President of Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee(BPCC) Rajesh Ram released the QR code poster before media persons, for inviting online application forms from ticket aspirants for the next Bihar assembly elections to be held in October-November.
It was an attempt of the party to bring transparency in distribution of tickets among aspirants so that suitable candidates could be selected without being influenced by any exterior factor, he added.
