Patna, Dec. 9 -- Bihar Pradesh Congress president Rajesh Ram said that a large number of Congress workers from every district of the state will participate in the party's 'Vote Chor Gaddi Chhod (vote thief, vacate your seat)' rally at Delhi's Ramlila Maidan on December 14. The rally is being organised to highlight concerns related to the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls across the country.
