Patna, July 25 -- Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar lashed out at opposition legislators for their 'irrational behaviour' throughout the Monsoon Session of the Bihar Assembly that concluded today without any meaningful discussion.

He also criticised the opposition MLAs and MLCs for coming to the House wearing black clothes.

Expressing his disappointment, the chief minister said that the opposition had never previously come together wearing black attire.

He added, "They have been wearing black clothes continuously throughout this session. This has never happened before. Earlier, there used to be disruption for just a day or two."
