Patna, July 29 -- The Bihar Cabinet today approved the amended Journalist Pension Scheme, formation of Bihar Sanitation Workers Commission along with the approval of 41 proposals of various sectors, including youth welfare, sports, dairy development, education, and urban infrastructure.
After the cabinet meeting held under the leadership of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, the Additional Chief Secretary (Cabinet) S. Siddharth told news persons here that the Cabinet approved amendments to the Bihar Journalist Pension Rules, aimed at improving financial support for eligible journalists.
