Patna, April 1 -- Leader of Opposition in Bihar Assembly Tejaswi Prasad Yadav, a senior RJD leader, said that the Assembly elections in Bihar will be held only when the BJP asks the Election Commission ( EC) to do it.

Yadav told news persons here on Tuesday that when the elections will be held in Bihar, it is in the hands of the BJP. Accusing EC of acting at the command of the BJP, he said whenever the BJP signals, the commission will conduct the election in the state.

Blaming Union Home Minister Shah for presenting concocted data, Yadav challenged the former to a debate, saying that whenever and wherever the Union Home Minister asks him, he is ready for the debate.
