Patna, Feb. 28 -- Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar participated in a function organised on Friday by the Hindustan Awam Morcha (HAM), a constituent of the ruling NDA both in Bihar and at the Centre.
Kumar participated in a congregation of dalits (oppressed) organised by HAM at the historic Gandhi Maidan here and extended greetings to leaders and workers of the party who were present on the occasion.
Former Bihar Chief Minister Jeetan Ram Manjhi who is patron of HAM, welcomed Kumar at the congregation. Bihar Water Resources Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary and former Minister and state president of HAM
