Begusarai, Feb. 12 -- A local court today awarded the death sentence to a man for murdering his brother, sister-in-law and niece to usurp their landed property.
Additional District and Session Judge Brajesh Kumar Singh, after hearing arguments of prosecution and defence counsel through video conferencing, slapped death sentence on Vikas Kumar after he was found guilty of killing three people. The Court rejected argument of defence counsel of leniency in awarding punishment to him.
