Patna, Feb. 15 -- Bihar Congress President Akhilesh Prasad Singh alleged on Saturday that the state is suffering due to the duopoly between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.

Singh told news persons here that the aspirations of people become high when Nitish enters into an alliance with BJP, but they are disappointed as they did not get any benefit, whether it is special status or special package.

Commenting upon the proposed visit of the Prime Minister to Bihar, Singh remarked that he would again deceive the people of the state.

He said all opposition parties, including Congress, were demanding special packages and special state category to Bihar but the Centre ignored.
