Hyderabad, Jan. 31 -- Several headline-making deals and high-profile MoUs underscored the strong momentum of India's aviation sector as the four-day Wings India 2026 concluded at Begumpet Airport here on Saturday.

At the centre of attention was Air India, which placed an additional order for 30 Boeing narrow-body aircraft, taking its overall aircraft order book to a staggering 600.

The airline also signed a long-term services agreement with Boeing for its 787 Dreamliner fleet.

In another strategic move, Air India converted 15 A321neo orders into the long-range A321XLR with Airbus, paving the way for new non-stop international routes.
