Washington, Feb. 20 -- The goal of former US President Joe Biden and his administration was to continue the conflict in Ukraine until the last Ukrainian, while the new authorities in the United States are openly saying that peace is necessary, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Thursday.
