New Delhi, June 20 -- All India Football Federation (AIFF) President Kalyan Chaubey on Friday described as "baseless" country's soccer legend Bhaichung Bhutia's recent statements targeting him and the Federation and alleged that the remarks have "tarnished" the reputation of the nation's apex governing body of the game.
