Dharamshala, Jan. 6 -- Senior BJP leader and Sulah MLA Vipin Singh Parmar on Sunday alleged that the Rs 250 million ultra-modern hospital building at Bhawarna in the Sulah Assembly constituency remains incomplete even after years, reflecting what he termed the failure of the Congress government in Himachal Pradesh.

Addressing public meetings during an outreach campaign in Tappa, Malahu and Malgh, Parmar said the state has "come to a standstill" under the present government, which, according to him, is unable to govern effectively or understand public suffering.

He alleged that development has completely stalled across the state and people are bearing the brunt of the government's failures.
