Nagpur, Sept. 28 -- Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) today launched a specially curated compilation of Sangh Geet (songs of the Sangh) as part of its centenary celebrations.
The collection (album of 10 songs), featuring re-compositions of the organisation's traditional patriotic anthems by noted singer and composer Shankar Mahadevan, was formally released by RSS Sarsanghchalak Dr. Mohan Bhagwat. Mahadevan also performed select pieces during the event.
Union Minister Nitin Gadkari attended the programme as chief guest, while Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis participated as special guest.
