Chandigarh, May 4 -- BJP's National Secretary Om Prakash Dhankar said that Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann's decision to stop Haryana's share of water is unfortunate. He said the decision is against the constitution and the system and has been taken in the disappointment of AAP's defeat in Delhi. He said this while talking to journalists after congratulating the state's candidates including Aditya Vikram Agarwal and Abhilash Sundaram who passed the UPSC examination in Bahadurgarh.
