Bengaluru, Sept. 29 -- On a sunlit day, the national football camp stirred into life as India captain Sunil Chhetri arrived, a week out from the AFC Asian Cup qualifiers against Singapore.
The All India Football Federation (AIFF) confirmed the return of the talisman, joined by fellow Bengaluru FC players Rahul Bheke and Noarem Roshan Singh, bringing both experience and familiarity to a squad in transition.
Earlier arrivals Anwar Ali and Naorem Mahesh Singh of East Bengal had already set foot on the training ground, while Punjab FC released Muhammed Uvais, Pramveer, Nikhil Prabhu, and Muhammed Suhail on September 27, their boots now echoing across the same turf.
