Bengaluru, Sept. 25 -- Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar today attributed the widespread potholes in Bengaluru to the previous BJP government's mismanagement, announcing that the state government has released a grant of Rs 750 crore to repair roads across the city.
