Bengaluru, Oct. 14 -- Bengaluru's civic infrastructure has come under debate following remarks by Biocon founder Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw highlighting the city's poor road conditions and garbage accumulation.
Mazumdar-Shaw shared feedback from an overseas business visitor to Biocon Park, who questioned why the roads were in poor condition and why garbage was piling up, asking, "Doesn't the government want to support investment?
