Kolkata, Sept. 9 -- Starting today, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is scheduled to make an official tour of north Bengal and will hold an administrative meeting in Uttarkanya, the northern districts secretariat, at Jalpaiguri district tomorrow, official sources said.
Banerjee is expected to catch a flight from Dum Dum airport this noon and reach Bagdogra from where she is expected to hold another meeting regarding north Bengal administration and take note regarding damages following heavy rains in the region.
Banerjee during her three-day visit will also attend a public service distribution programme in Jalpaiguri and launch a slew of development projects.
