Kolkata, Dec. 3 -- Leader of Opposition (LoP) Suvendu Adhikari on Tuesday accused West Bengal's ruling Trinamool Congress of pressurising Booth Level Officers not to delete the names of the dead voters and demanded a probe by a sitting judge into the death of some BLOs.
Alleging that such pressure was being put through the Block Devlopment Officers (BDOs), Electoral Registration Officers (EROs) and Assistant Electoral Registration Officers (AEROS).
"The Trinamool Congress is responsible for pressuring the BLOs not to delete the names of any voters. And the BDOs, EROs and AEROs are also responsible for putting such pressure on the BLOs and the BJP has nothing todo with it," Adhikari told a media conference in Malda.
