Kolkata, April 21 -- West Bengal Governor C V Ananda Bose was on Monday admitted to the Military Command Hospital after feeling pain in the chest, official sources said.
Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee visited the hospital and wished him a speedy recovery.
Sources said Bose was admitted after feeling chest pain and some initial medical examinations revealed he has some blockage in the heart.
Seventy-four-year old governor in the past two days made a hurricane tour on train and four-wheeler and visited Malda and Murshidabad districts and met the displaced persons and the family members, who lost their relatives in the Waqf protests on April 11 and 12.
