Kolkata, Dec. 6 -- West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Saturday paid her humble tribute to the Father of the Indian Constitution, Babasaheb B.R. Ambedkar, on his death anniversary.
Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar, renowned jurist, economist, social reformer, and leader of the Dalit Buddhist movement, dedicated his life to fighting social discrimination and championing equality.
"My humble tribute to the principal architect of the Indian Constitution, an unparalleled thinker and social reformer, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, on his Mahaparinirvan Diwas," Banerjee said.
