Bengal: Suvendu urges ECI to take action against Santipur BDO
Kolkata, March 1 -- Leader of Opposition in West Bengal Assembly, Suvendu Adhikari, on Saturday urged the Election Commission of India as well as the CEO, of West Bengal, to initiate action against Santipur BDO in Nadia district for convening an all-party meeting on March five for verification of voter list and booth-level agents list.
Adhikari alleged that the BDO has issued a memo to the president and secretaries of all political parties, asking them to attend a meeting for the post-revision activities of special summary revision of the electoral roll (SRER) 2025.
