Patna, March 24 -- The issues of the law and order situation and construction of boundary walls around cemeteries echoed in Bihar assembly where the opposition created bedlam and entered into the well of the house twice during the pre-lunch sitting.

As soon as the house assembled for the day on Monday, the CPIML members tried to draw the attention of the house towards the murder of a doctor in the state capital and accusing the Bihar government of failing to control crime-created noise.

The Speaker Nand Kishor Yadav asked them to raise the issue at an appropriate time and took up the question hour proceedings.
