Mumbai, July 2 -- The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) Ombudsman and former Supreme Court judge Justice Arun Mishra today issued a show cause notice to the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) franchise and the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) in connection with the June 4 stampede at Bengaluru's M Chinnaswamy Stadium, which left several injured and sparked widespread public outrage.
