New Delhi, July 5 -- BCCI ethics officer on Sunday said he is looking into matter of conflict of interest complaint filed against India skipper Virat Kohli from Sanjeev Gupta, a life member of the Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association for his positions in two business ventures in violation of the BCCI constitution.

"I have received a complaint. I will examine it and then see if the case is made out or not. If yes, then I have to afford an opportunity to him (Kohli) to respond," Jain said.

Gupta had alleged that Kohli's various posts were in violation of the BCCI constitution.
