Hyderabad, April 23 -- The Telangana Backward Classes (BC) Commission held a solemn condolence meeting at its office on Wednesday to pay tribute to the victims of the recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Kashmir, which claimed the lives of 28 tourists.

The meeting was attended by BC Commission Chairman G Niranjan, members Rapolu Jayaprakash and Tirumalagiri Surender, Deputy Director U Srinivasa Rao, Special Officer G. Satish, and other commission staff. Participants lit candles and observed a two-minute silence to honor the memory of the victims.

During the event, a resolution was passed condemning the inhumane killing of innocent tourists, many of whom were shot in front of their families.
