Berlin, Sept. 14 -- Bayern Munich secured its third win in as many matches in the Bundesliga season with a dominant 5-0 home victory over newly-promoted Hamburg on Saturday.
Serge Gnabry opened the scoring for Bayern in the third minute with a thunderous strike into the top corner, leaving goalkeeper Daniel Heuer Fernandes with no chance. Six minutes later, Aleksandar Pavlovic doubled the advantage after being set up by Harry Kane, who played a pivotal role throughout the evening.
Hamburg, still searching for its first league goal of the campaign, briefly threatened when William Mikelbrencis forced goalkeeper Manuel Neuer into action in the 18th minute.
