Guwahati, Nov. 26 -- South Africa captain Temba Bavuma said the team's 2-0 series win in India carried "massive" significance, especially after enduring difficult periods together as a group, and praised the collective mindset shift that powered their success.

Bavuma, who returned from a lengthy injury layoff, said victories in India are rare and therefore deeply satisfying.

"It's massive. For me personally, I've been out of the game for a couple of months with injury. Not every day you can come to India and walk away with a 2-0 series win," he said.
