New Delhi, March 18 -- Indian opener Shikhar Dhawan, who returned to his alma mater Delhi Capitals on Sunday after 10 long years, for the 12th season of IPL, stressed on the performance of players, saying that batsmen must perform well in the upcoming IPL matches, to lift the cup.
Dhawan, who recently concluded the One-Day series against Australia, said ''It is like a second homecoming for me. I am very excited to be a part of Delhi Capitals for the IPL season''.
''After spending 10 seasons away, IPL has returned to Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium, which has been my home ground, since my early days.
