Prayagraj, Feb. 13 -- Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia took a dip in the Sangam during ongoing Maha Kumbh on Thursday and prayed for public welfare as part of this sacred tradition.
Expressing his gratitude, Scindia said that immersing in the holy waters of the Sangam is akin to attaining salvation. He considered himself fortunate to be part of this divine occasion. On behalf of the state government, Industrial Development Minister Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi welcomed Scindia with a Kumbh Kalash, marking the moment with reverence.
