Madrid, Oct. 13 -- FC Barcelona faces being without attacking midfielder Dani Olmo for around two to three weeks with a calf injury which means he will miss October 26th's first 'Clasico' of the season against Real Madrid.

The club carried out tests on Monday morning after Olmo picked up the injury training on Friday and dropped out of the Spain squad ahead of the 2-0 win against Georgia.

"The first team player Dani Olmo has a muscle injury in his left calf, without connective tissue involvement. The recovery time will be dictated by his progress," explains the Barcelona website, although local media, such as the El Mundo Deportivo newspaper suggests he will be sidelined fora maximum of three weeks.
