Madrid, Jan. 26 -- FC Barcelona stayed top of La Liga on Sunday after a hard-fought 3-0 home win over Oviedo, with its attacking quality proving decisive after halftime.

Oviedo's disciplined defensive organization kept the match scoreless for the first 45 minutes, before Dani Olmo broke the deadlock in the 52nd minute with a shot that crept inside the far post.

A poor backpass allowed Raphinha to double Barcelona's lead four minutes later, as he finished with a clever chip. Another mistake gifted Barcelona possession and Lamine Yamal sealed the result with an overhead kick.

Atletico Madrid remained third after a 3-0 home win over Mallorca, with Diego Simeone's side registering seven shots on target to Mallorca's one.
