Dhaka, March 9 -- Taking forward their warming relations, Bangladesh Interim Government Foreign Affairs Adviser Md Touhid Hossain met with Pakistani Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar in Jeddah on Sunday.

According to a press statement from the Pakistan High Commission in Dhaka, the meeting was held in a cordial environment, reflecting the fraternal sentiments shared by both sides.

The two leaders met on the sidelines of the Extraordinary Meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) on Friday, Dhaka Tribune reported.
