Dhaka, June 23 -- Bangladesh has expressed its deep concern over the recent attacks targeting nuclear facilities in Iran.
"Such developments risk further destabilizing an already fragile regional situation and heighten the threat to international peace and security," Bangladesh's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a press release on Sunday.
"Bangladesh reiterates its position in favor of peaceful resolution of conflicts through dialogue and diplomacy. It urges all parties to exercise maximum restraint and refrain from any actions that could escalate tensions in the region," said the press release.
