Bangladesh crush Pak by 7 wickets in series opener
Dhaka, July 20 -- Bangladesh cruised to a commanding seven-wicket victory over Pakistan in the first T20I of the three-match series here at the Shere Bangla National Stadium today.
Opting to bowl first after winning the toss, Bangladesh's disciplined bowling attack dismantled Pakistan for a paltry 109 runs in 19.3 overs. Taskin Ahmed starred with the ball, claiming 3 wickets for 23 runs, while Mustafizur Rahman took 2 for 6 in a miserly spell. Mahedi Hasan and Tanzim Hasan Sakib chipped in with one wicket each.
